Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled.
Refunds and Exchanges
We do not accept refunds. Exchanges are only available if the item you received is defective or damaged.

Return Requirement
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
• Be returned in its original packaging.
• Include the proof of purchase or receipt.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please check your order upon arrival. If you find the item damaged, defective, or incorrect, notify us immediately via WhatsApp so we can resolve the issue.
Exchange Processes
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will offer you an exchange for the same product or a replacement. No refunds will be issued.
